Are Wheel Covers Really Necessary?

How necessary are wheel covers?  Well, I'm sure a lot of you found out the hard way that they are necessary.   Whether you want to protect your wheels and tires on your RV, trailer, car, truck, SUV, van, golf cart, etc., the best way to do that is with wheel covers.  They protect your wheels and tires against rust, UV damage from the sun, rain, snow, and even the neighbor's dog.  They are made with a water repellent vinyl fabric, have excellent UV protection with a custom fit, slip on and off very easily, and are available in many sizes.  Wheel covers are inexpensive, especially compared the the price of having to replace your wheels or tires.
